The Brunei Darussalam Anti-Doping Committee (BDADC) is the authority responsible for anti-doping in Brunei. As the National Anti-Doping Organization (NADO), BDADC carries out its responsibilities and roles adhered to the official world documents, namely the World Anti-Doping Code 2021 (World Anti-Doping Code 2021 All the key stakeholders, especially the national sports associations/federations, will accept and comply with these codes and regulations. It is therefore the responsibility of all the athletes, athlete support groups, and all the stakeholders to accept and comply with what is contained in these codes and regulations.

| To be knowledgeable of and comply with all applicable anti-doping policies and rules adopted pursuant to the Code and which are applicable to the athletes.

| To cooperate and comply with the Athlete Testing program.
| | To attend any Educational Outreach Program and Briefing program provided by the BDADC.

| To always update their whereabouts through the ADAMS.
|
| To foster anti-doping attitudes through the Athletes' sports values and behaviors. | | | To disclose to BDADC and International Federation of any decision by a Non-Signatory finding that the Athlete committed an anti-doping rule violation within the previous ten 10 years.

| To cooperate and liaise with Anti-Doping Organizations investigating anti-doping rule violations, if any. |
| Not to use/consume or possess any Prohibited Substance or employ Prohibited Method without valid justification.

| To always check the status on the Prohibited List or with the BDADC and if the substance or the medicine they consume, are not in the prohibited list, athletes will need to follow the process to apply for a TUE.
|
| To sign up to Anti-Doping Education and Learning (ADEL WADA) and to complete at least one Module available on the website.
